This past Sunday, July 20, 2025, the grounds of Jimbaran Hub were buzzing with energy as the community came together for the successful BMW Astra Jimbaran Sports Day. From 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, the contemporary village center was transformed into a vibrant arena celebrating togetherness, an active lifestyle, and environmental sustainability.
The day-long event, part of the monthly Rona di Bukit series, offered dozens of free and competitive activities for all ages, creating a dynamic tapestry of community engagement.
The sports and fitness lineup was a major draw, featuring a diverse range of activities led by local clubs. Participants competed in a padel tournament organized by Padel Club Indonesia, joined a fun run with the Superfly Running Club, and went on a group cycling ride with Pedals for Fun. For those looking to build strength, sessions in boxing (ISBC Bali), karate (Dojo Fortunes Karate Club), yoga (Cittasana Yoga), and mat pilates (SAIA Pilates) were all well-attended.
Beyond sports, the day was filled with artistic and entertainment offerings. The Balfolkindo community hosted a fascinating workshop blending traditional and modern dance, and a community dog walk brought pet lovers together. As the sun set, the event culminated in an energetic after-party with DJ sets from Nugra Kinzana, Richart (Volx Record), and Tjikal.
Attendees also enjoyed exclusive experiences, including test drives in the latest BMW X1 and signature cocktails from Rona di Bukit Cocktails & Grill.
Reflecting on the event’s success, Mahanugra (Nugra) Kinzana, Head of Business and Commercial at Jimbaran Hijau, shared the core vision: “At Jimbaran Hub, sports are not just about physical activity; they are the common thread that weaves the community together. As a contemporary village center, we transform the sports field into a space for dialogue. We believe an active body is the gateway to a living community, and this village center is here as its heart.”
Staying true to its green vision, the event partnered with recycling initiative Daur Tera (@daur.tera) to ensure all plastic waste was responsibly recycled. Visitors actively participated in waste sorting and practical recycling education, making the day not only fun but also environmentally conscious.
